THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • How can I find my ring size?
    To find the ring size that will fit you best, you can use either string, floss, ribbon, etc. Take one of these measurement tools and wrap it around the base of your finger, marking where the string or floss first overlaps with a pen. Then, line that up with a ruler and take down its length in millimeters. Next, you can look up "ring size chart" on your search browser (or use the one linked below) and convert your length in millimeters to a (USA) ring size.
  • Can I wear my jewelry in water?
    All of our jewelry is tarnish resistant, but it is not sterling silver or 24k gold so if worn in water, there is a possibility of it tarnishing over time. We always suggest that you take all of your jewelry from Kelly's Jewelry Shop off before entering water, other than the stamped rings. The stamped rings will not tarnish if in contact with water.
  • Do you ship worldwide?
    Yes, we do. You are able to order our jewelry from anywhere in the world! If you do not see your currency in the currency converter at the top of the home page, please contact me with the currency you use and I will add it to the converter.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    We have set shipping prices depending on location and the weight of your package; if you would like to know how much shipping will cost to your location, please follow the steps below: 1. Add each item you would like to purchase to your cart. 2. Proceed to checkout and fill out all of your shipping details. 3. See the added shipping cost to your order.
  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    My current processing time is stated on the home page. This is the time is takes me to make, package, and fulfill your order. Once I have fulfilled your order, I will send a tracking number to your email so you can see where your package is at all times. Domestic (U.S) orders take about 1 week to arrive once I ship them. International orders can take up to two months to arrive, but usually take about three weeks. If your tracking number has had no activity for at least a month, contact the USPS and complete a help request form or submit a missing mail search request.
